I rang two real estate agents when I was looking to invest in Werribee. David from Triwest was one of them. Both agents were very helpful even though the build was still 12 months away. David however got our business as during the course of the year he sent regular updates on how our build was progressing. This was invaluable given we are based in NSW. Our house is in a new estate and I was nervous about how long it would take to rent. I need not have worried as David’s team were able to rent it out before the first open as they had someone on their books. Overall I am delighted.
