Recently I have been dealing with Zoe from your rental department to advertise and relet the above property.
This property has been managed by your team for some time and recently my daughter took over the ownership and management of the property and both Madeline and myself have been dealing with Zoe in regards to getting the property occupied.
I would like to give you some feedback on my dealings with Zoe. She has been amazing. My daughter is not very experienced and to that note neither am I when it comes to the finer details of property management for both the owner and the tenant. Zoe has kept us informed at all times and offered assistance in every instance where she could see it would add value to the property and the relationship with us. We had considered removing the property from your books earlier as we were not being communicated with on a regular basis.
