The Pummeroy family were thrilled by the quick sale of their once much loved home in Werribee South.
I was quite suspicious of the integrity of real estate agents in general after a 'not so wonderful' rental experience with another undesirable agency in Werribee. I spoke with a few different agencies as I wanted to get the feel of how it all worked. The first two were very big on beating their chests and talking themselves up big, so when I spoke with Lisa Draper of Triwest Professionals it was very easy and a pleasure immediately.
Once we signed up it was a very efficient start up process and Lisa was a wonderful communicator and she kept us posted along the way very regularly. I felt we'd make a good team and with us being in Western Australia I needed somebody who listened well. Lisa proved to be that person.
Lisa was attentive and sympathetic to our needs and frustrations. She couldn't have been more helpful, I felt she went the extra mile, mopping the floors, getting things organised, trying to make the house as presentable as she could. She also remembered the 2-3 hour time difference we had in WA! I felt as though I was her only Vendor and I know she had others but she always conducted herself in a most pleasant, friendly and professional manner. She was always tactful but honest and always in good humour.
Lisa conducted OFI's every Saturday and dutifully reported to me the 'happenings' each Monday. Our home was sold at the 6 week mark and for a price we were happy with.
We certainly had a good experience dealing with Triwest - across the board. I always found the reception staff to be most helpful, always switched on and pleasant, they were most obliging at all times. Thank you Lisa and Triwest for painlessly selling our home for us whilst we were in the West.

In 2000 I decided to place an investment property of mine on the market. I chose to list with Paul Nuske and the sales team at Professionals, Triwest Real Estate. The property sold in a timely fashion and I was extremely happy with the sale price and overall experience.
Nine years later and Professionals, Triwest Real Estate has sold a total of five properties for me. On one occasion I did ask two other Real Estate Agents to quote on a sale, but I chose to stay with Professionals, and it was the correct decision.

From the outset it was obvious that your agency took property management seriously and I was very impressed with the amount of detail and care taken prior to signing the rental contract.
My experience subsequently with Jayde on maintenance issues and final settlements etc. was handled in a very professional manner indeed, so much so that on several occasions I have mentioned to people I have come into contact with, that if they ever wanted an agent to look after their property, they should contact you.
It is a revelation that an agent would look after the landlords interests so well - and that in turn looks after the tenant as well.

Paul Nuske and staff at Triwest Real Estate have this month, sold a house which was a deceased estate held by myself and my sister as executors to that estate. As we live in Morwell approx 3 hours away from Werribee, the Professionals at Triwest Real Estate were recommended to us by our solicitor.

My husband and I firstly had contact with Triwest Real Estate at an inspection of a property in Werribee in late January 2007. Their Sales Consultant organised a time for inspection at very short notice and was on time and promptly showed us through the property. I found him to be down to earth, easy going, knowledgeable and happy to answer any of our questions.
We were not successful in purchasing that property but he kept us informed throughout the negotiating process and was honest and provided us with realistic advice concerning our position of not being in the ideal situation to purchase a property.
My husband and I spoke to the Consultant from Triwest about our predicament and he was more than happy to help us. We had spoken to three other Real Estate Agents prior to meeting him and were not satisfied with how we were treated. It was an easy decision to allow Triwest to sell our property in Werribee.
Triwest took the time to explain the procedures of selling a property and provided us with sound advice which we took on board, which resulted in our house selling within four weeks of it being put on the market. They organised numerous inspections of our property and were accommodating with any problem that occurred during the organising of the inspections. Their Consultant negotiated extremely well with the potential buyers and with his knowledge of Real Estate pushed the potential buyers to get us the best possible price for our property.
