If an urgent repair is required outside our normal office hours^*, please call our After Hours Emergency Line on 0412 506 204^#, leave a detailed message and contact phone number and one of our staff members will endeavour to deal with your enquiry as soon as possible.

# This number is only to be used in the case of urgent repairs - urgent repairs include such things as a burst water service, a blocked or broken toilet system, a serious roof leak, a gas leak, a dangerous electrical fault, flooding or serious flood damage, serious storm or fire damage etc.

* Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.00pm Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
